It might be truer to say our history has often involved self defence? You include Germany in your list. What caused the USA\'s involvement in that conflict was Germany\'s attempt to conquer Europe. Do you think the USA shouldn\'t have been involved and that many Americans gave their lives needlessly? The Romans and Greeks tried to conquer the whole world and didn\'t especially single out The Jews as a key enemy.
