Israel is the only state to be given a conditional admission to the UN. Under General As sembly Resolution 273, Israel was admitted on the condition that it grant all Palestinians the right to return to their homes and receive compensation for lost or damaged property, according to General As sembly Resolution 194, paragraph 11. Suffice to say, Israel has never lived up to these terms, and never intended to - so should, in effect, be expelled.

Jews had a chance to live in a majority ruled Palestinian statehood as sought by Britain in the White Paper of 1939 but the immigrant Eastern European zionists, against the wishes of the local Jews, chose the terrorist & ethnic cleansing path to get their own state.
