Almost all Arab countries and some other Muslim countries, have systematically directed hostility to Israel over the decades as a convenient scapegoat. It has nothing to do with the suffering of Palestinians (who were treated far worse in Jordan and the Lebanon) and everything to do with crowd manipulation.
